Business development, systems level analysis of business processes and decision making in order to provide plan and coaching to help an organization transition to agile and lean practices, improve time to market delivery of their products as well as providing training regarding Agile and Lean practices as needed. Responsibilities also included developing websites for Frog Prints e!, creating financial reporting structure and processes, interviewing and hiring board of directors for nonprofit FrogPrints, developing fundraising campaigns, business development and writing grants that raised $41000 for STEM projects, in addition to business development work in which a educational partnerships between Seattle schools, businesses, and sailing centers were created.
