Market Manager / Area Manager Led a team of 3 Area Managers in driving key sales and marketing activities for clients such as Kraft, Campbellās, Nestle, and P&G, primarily focused on projects and resets in retail stores in a 4-state area. Provided mentorship and coaching on best practices and standards in customer relationship management and sales planning. Previously, as Area Manager, led a team of 100 personnel. Responded to all client inquiries, calls, and emails. Followed up on newly generated leads and offers in order to secure new customers. Tracked the progress of ongoing deals in the pipeline. Reviewed all staff field reports for sales and staffing activities.
