Daily Duties at Bd Medical:

I used the MMI and HMI for trouble shooting, diagnostics, and imputing servo settings into the machinery. I am also fluent with the PLC program and with Allen-Bradley drivers and components to diagnose sensor faults. I am trained in 5S/Lean Lite and have used the concepts and training to improve efficiency and productivity on the machinery and in the workspace. I am familiar with SAP through entering MMR’s. I can operate and maintain 3 axis robots. I used and maintained smaller autoclaves for the sterilization of BD’s products daily. I am very familiar with the maintenance and operation of the annealing ovens. I ensured machines were running efficiently by graphing trends from scrap percentage to parts per minute and acting accordingly with repairs and preventative maintenance. I prepared standard works through blitzes and joint brainstorming to show the proper procedures for sampling plans, operating procedures, and machine maintenance. I also performed samplings of the processes and product to find defects in material and the process. As well as, troubleshoot and fix any issues that might arise during sampling. I was also a member of BD’s safety team.
