Daily Duties at Ariat:

I am responsible for cultivating and managing sales and retailer relationships within my assigned region, which includes Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. I also manage all sales functions for my assigned accounts to ensure the business grows according to my sales projections.This includes: account financial planning, assortment planning, developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating product showings, and working closely with customer service to process orders. I manage and maintain quality and consistency of product and service delivery. I am responsible for product showings and account visits, as well as communication with retailer base, attending trade shows, and seasonal sales meetings. I forecast territory business on a seasonal basis and I provide territory feedback regarding market trends and influences. I identify growth opportunities within my territory and I prepare a variety of status reports including: activity logs, closing logs, follow-up logs, and adherence to goals.
