Served as lead in-house counsel for the financial services sector of a global information and communication technology company located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. • Collaborated with the Business Development Team to create a strategic framework for business relationships executed across multiple international subsidiaries. • Provided advice to Senior Management and advised Product Teams on appropriate commercial structure for new product offerings as well as risk implications. • Created global contract templates for all product offerings. • Analyzed contract terms and conditions, requirements and special provisions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and corporate policies. • Maintained current knowledge of all significant legislative and regulatory developments and communicated such changes. • Assisted in the preparation of external requests for information, including customer inquiries and requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs). • Managed external legal counsel and other resources involved in key projects to optimize project outcomes.
