Daily Duties at Rsa Security Inc. :

Served as lead in-house counsel for the Southeast Region of the US and for the Federal government, which included state and local, for a premier worldwide provider of IT security solutions. • Reviewed and negotiated contracts including confidentiality/NDAs, evaluation, memorandum of understanding, strategic alliance, renewals, master services, service level, professional services, software licenses, maintenance and support and distributor and reseller. • Advised Senior Management, Finance, IT, Operations and Sales on important contract issues to minimize legal risk/exposure such as IP ownership, SLAs, US GAAP principals and revenue recognition rules. • Created contract templates for all aspects of sales business in the U.S., Europe and Asia. • Provided contracts training to sales personnel all over the world.
