Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Provide oversight to three distinct lines of business (GSE: Government Sponsored Enterprise loans, Exceptions, and QRB: (Quality Review Board) which consists of 30 team members and three managers. Implement process improvement options for each group in an effort to improve customer experience, quality, and ensure compliance with the GSE investor requirements. Work closely with TOG to implement change to IAM Workflow to be compliant with GSE interest rate calculation. Establish service level expectations for each line of business and work closely with the respective manager to ensure that each goal and expectation was consistently met.
