Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Provide oversight to four managers and their respective teams of approximately 10 liaisons each. Business needs evolved and the teams’ focus was on specialty foreclosure processes which include CFPB attorney acknowledgment and Production and Timeline processes for Reverse Mortgage. The CFPB attorney acknowledgement process reviews all portfolios. Reverse Mortgage oversight to all processes concerning attorney communication. Established partnerships with 40 firms to ensure that investor requirements are adhered. Established partnerships with peer departments to ensure alignment with FNMA/HUD investor requirements and minimize investor assessed penalties. Work closely with SDA to develop and design portfolio reporting. Specialty functions have included the oversight of the following Foreclosure processes: National Servicing Standards: Dual Path Notice of Sale/Judgment Postponement; Over-allowable Fees and Costs; Non-Direct Source liaison production; and Cash Report Monitoring for CORE and 512 portfolios.
