Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Commission to build the Root Cause Analysis program and platform for both Short Sale/Deed in Lieu and Real Estate Owned groups. This project includes Wells Owned, Private investors, FHA, VA, and GSE portfolios. The platform includes sample selections; monthly reporting for each respective line of business leader and corresponding executives; along with the administration of open and closed Action Plans. Provide oversight to three distinct business functions (Business Systems Consultants 3, Implementation Consultants 2 & 3, and Implementation Associate) which consists of a team of 7. The program’s design includes recommendations based upon observations noted as a result of the end to end business process reviews utilized to determine the Root Cause of the error; provide error trend analysis and corresponding recommendations with action plans to mediate the risk to the Enterprise; coordinate to provide specialized training and/or procedural updates as identified by the Root Cause Analysis to ensure procedural business alignment with Quality Assurance test scripts and investor requirements. The analysis was based upon investor compliance requirements.
