Create top level integration schedule for microelectronics program that then would be used to coordinate projects at system level with Japanese colleagues. Lead diverse group of engineers (ASIC, FPGA, PCB) to develop advanced front-end transducer technology for ultrasound system. Negotiate, track and budget both capital expenditure and overall project budgets and schedules for business group, improve communication and coordination among team members in Chicago, Redmond, and Japan, as well as integrate and manage risk management practices, SOWs, RFPs, RFI's.
