Lead diverse group of engineers (ASIC, FPGA, PCB) to develop advanced front-end transducer technology for ultrasound system. Negotiate, track and budget both capital expenditure and overall project budgets and schedules for business group, improve communication and coordination among team members in Chicago, Redmond, and Japan, as well as integrate and manage risk management practices, SOWs, RFPs, RFI's.
