Daily Duties at The Betesh Group:
-design and direct product development from concept to finish which includes hardware and prints -travel overseas for development and execution of products and to source new market piece goods -travel domestically and internationally to shop fashion trends and attend print and fabric shows -execute tech packs for all mainline products, which includes handbags, belts, small leather goods and specialty items -provide detailed fit comment to proto samples -identify key items and maximize product classification -create line plans based on retailer specific timing and desire product mix -partner with the sales team on a weekly bases to review emerging trends -research in identifying and forecast new silhouettes, fabrications, and color directions -coordinate all materials suitable for customer distribution including trend books and look books -set up showroom themes and schematics for each market season -supervise and delegate work to design team and graphic designer on a daily bases to support workload
