Daily Duties at Cole Haan:

-worked directly with director to set tone for each season by providing tears and photos from market research, organizing swatches and gathering inspirational samples -designed handbag collections for main line -designed and develop new signature hardware for handbags, which was later used in footwear -executed tech packs for all mainline products, which includes handbags and cold weather accessories -provided detailed fit comment to proto samples -created and maintained presentation boards for executive meetings -took control of CAD needs for the accessories department when CAD department was eliminated from the company -supported team members in design with technical specs when needed -partnered with PD to ensure all design cards were current and accurate throughout the development process to final approval -met all mile stones for the department; such as designed within price points, completed boards for presentations, provided CADs for meeting and met all design card deadlines
