Daily Duties at Lincare:

Participated with Center Leadership Team to effectively maintain existing accounts, develop new business and address center operational issues  Acquired an applicable understanding of respiratory medications, respiratory care processes and procedures, human respiratory physiology and CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen therapy and nebulizer equipment functions and implementation.  Developed and maintained top tier business to business relations with Hospital Respiratory, Discharge Planning departments, Social Work and Case Management  Liaison with health departments and medical directors, hospital administration and physicians on utilization of products, services, insurance benefits analysis and cost concerns  Responsible for improved overall team performance through outstanding training, mentoring, coaching and sharing innovative ideas to educate key customers on product information, along with uncovering and addressing customers needs  Maximize usage of key opinion leaders in the fields of Pulmonology, Cardiology and Neurology to educate primary care physicians and specialist on product information
