Systems Technician (1997 – 1998) • Performed daily network and email administration for a multi-platform, 400 plus user network while contracted to Telectronics Pacing Systems as Assistant System Administrator. • Assisted systems engineers at Kaiser Permanente on several upgrade projects. • Assisted systems engineers with network installs and upgrades. Performed hardware and software troubleshooting on installed networks. Senior Service Technician (1994 –1996) • Assigned to Help Desk at Telectronics Pacing Systems. Supported 400 plus users in Microsoft Office and Desktop applications running on both Windows and Macintosh systems. Acted as an initial contact for hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting. • Provided daily administration to more than 100 Novell network and Windows desktop users as the Internal Help Desk Technician at Computer Access. Additionally maintained phone system access. Service Department Supervisor (1993 – 1994) • Supervised 13 service technicians. • Coordinated daily service calls for technicians. • Evaluated external customer service calls, determining needs and resolutions. Service Technician (1992 –1993) • Provided support for external customer service calls. Performed on site repairs.
