Daily Duties at Full Sail University:
Taught Research in Production Methodologies. This course is a review of the history, theories, and practices in the software and manufacturing industries. The study of software and manufacturing history, will lead to an examination of possible hybrid production models, analysis of companies efficiency in developing software applications to products, alternative methods of production, and how can the gaming industry benefit from it. Students also examine Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, and Outsourcing as well as the integral roles they will have in the production model.
