Initially, I was hired as the Technology Leader for the plant start up in 1999, following a successful start up I was promoted to Plant manger and led plant growth through a team of supervisors, driving innovation, volume growth, employee development, and continuous improvement in key performance indicators; safety, quality, service, efficiency, and yield.
