Daily Duties at Rich Products:
As Plant Manager I led a turnaround of the Niles plant, changing the culture through training and other employee engagement actions. I led a team of 6 Managers, 12 Supervisors, 82 hourly employees, and 24 temps. That team drove improvements in all key performance indicators, most notably safety and employee engagement but also in the key cost components of yield and efficiency.
