Daily Duties at Kc Sports & Entertainment Group:
• Streamline business operations and improve collaboration by unifying multiple business units, and managing the evaluation of business development. • Manage all business processes including sales, marketing, business development, programming, HR, and compliance, producing the highest profitability in history, increasing revenue over 25% in 12 months. • Improve event production procedures of charitable, while also increasing event fundraising. • Create a marketing plan targeting 21-40 year old young professionals leading to sports programs being the most recognized in the Kansas City Metropolitan area in 2013. • Produce and manage the entertainment division, sports division and general budget, cutting expenses by 15%. • Write, edit, proof and process correspondence, articles, social media content and other communication materials related to each of the sports and entertainment divisions. • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of print productions for all programs and events, managing the process from the creation of art/design to the press run and delivery. • Negotiated field use agreements with the City of Kansas City to host weekly sports events for over 1,000 program participants. Regulate programming to ensure compliance with local and state law.
