• Led, managed and interfaced with leaders and opportunity owners to ensure proper and optimum deployment of IT consulting resources. • Managed daily open seats to clearly reflect demand; established recruitment objectives and hiring requisitions ensuring implementation of strategic planning programs; established bench management procedures, and developed relationships with service area leaders ensuring implementation of utilization targets. • Developed, tracked and maintained monthly and quarterly utilization forecast projections and coordinated with all necessary departments and executive staff to quickly ascertain if full year forecast objectives would be achieved. • Provided monthly actual to budget/forecast variance analysis. • Actively participated in industry sector leadership meetings to champion recruiting and to provide perspective on supply/demand issues or opportunities. • Gathered all pertinent information to create reports for presentation on department objectives to management at monthly measurement meetings. • Interacted directly with clients on a regular basis to identify staffing needs, resolve any needed staffing modifications as well as manage the day to day customer inquiries regarding skill availability.
