Daily Duties at Cp Kelco:
Recruited and hired to drive continuous improvement of all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability systems with a goal of world class performance. Assess current organization, identify gaps, and develop targeted improvement plan(s). Also assess the EHS&S "cultural" belief systems of the overall workforce, and drive a shift towards world class beliefs and core values. Provide regular updates and recommendations to corporate leadership to leverage across the corporation globally.
