Daily Duties at Coach House Gifts:
My responsibilities of my present position are: -Supervising 11-13 stores in a flagship district next to the corporate office. Ensures company standards are being met in merchandise presentation and customer service by doing regular store visits. -Maximizing company profits by implementation of established programs and processes. -Maximizing sales by exceding company standards in the merchandising and customer service areas. -Recruiting, developing and training of store management and their staffs. -Managing operational budgets. -Effectively communicating business and financial objectives to management teams in order to achieve both short and long term goals. -Provides coaching, mentoring and overall direction of accountabilities for store management teams in order to meet District, Region, and Company goals. -Coordinated buying activities of stores to maintain base inventory levels.
