This includes reviewing various types of patient reports for medical and demographic accuracy and format issues, possible editing and merging of reports and forwarding selected reports to quality assurance editors for advanced review and completion. It also includes the management of and support to medical transcriptionists in order to provide clients with contractually met turn-around-time of daily transcription and of stat dictation requests. Answer incoming calls, monitor emails, provide limited IT support for physicians and transcriptionists and submit trouble tickets to IT department.
