Patient registrations for outpatient and day surgery centers. This includes front desk operations such as greeting the patients, having them sign in, reviewing doctor's orders, maintaining a daily patient schedule and providing patient with assistance or wheelchair if necessary. Escorting patients to interview rooms to gather correct patient demographic and insurance information and then to the appropriate outpatient modalities or surgery rooms for procedures. Answer phone calls and process payments. Also performed quality assurance review for revenue management.
