Daily Duties at Oracle:
Manage Oracle Application Labs software development projects in manufacturing, services, and sales from inception to stakeholder communication. Track progress of projects through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which included a focus on release documentation, requirements, solutions, testing, implementation and stakeholder communication. Interface with Oracle Application Labs PMO and Sr. Directors to communicate project progress, issues, mitigations, timeline changes, and go live success. Interface with communications team to garner approval for stakeholder go live communications. Recognize and reward teams for achievement excellence. In addition, function as a utility team member who also managed individual software development projects
