Daily Duties at Pilgrim's Pride Corparation:
Built and operated broiler production grow out in northeast Texas to supply the Dallas,Tx. plant. Consisted of 150 contract farms to produce 10 million pounds of chicken per week for the processing plant. Recruited contract growers and oversaw construction. I had 7 field representatives to oversee production.
