Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:

• Responsible for leading program management of key projects from proposal to production and sustainment including design and management of all engineering and performance measures for both hardware and software • Reported directly to senior management • Analyzed findings from customer outreach to ensure quality product performance and control of costs. Identified and resolved program risks. • Followed key performance indicators (KPI) and performed earned value management system (EVMS) for forecasting and tracking performance of 18 team members • Led Process Improvement, Change Management, and Process Development impacting key Sustainment Product Line (affordability improvement) • Planned and maintained the LN-200 sustainment budget, systems improvement and affordability of the commercial product line with a focus on engineering performance, metrics tracking and reporting • Shared Program Management responsibilities in both EKV and THAAD programs (MDA) • Managed engineering, quality, risk, schedule, and cost performance for multiple projects on multiple projects valued at over $25M
