As Strategic consultant for Business Functions helped with IT roadmap and prioritization of projects and also led estimation and planning of system integration of a business acquisition. Implemented ‘Sales Forecasting’ tool integration with SAP. Led a project to choose and pilot Business Process modeling tool. Delivered key must win SAP projects within budget for Customer Service, Finance & Procurement and integration projects of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications like Concur and Emagia.
