Daily Duties at Upsite Technologies, Inc.:
Spearheaded a comprehensive re-branding of the company which included developing new channel initiatives and aggressive pricing strategies to support and sustain 60% plus gross margins. Created an innovative new Product Development strategy which included recruiting and hiring a new product manager. This strategy resulted in delivering a robust pipeline of new products for 2012. Previously this company had produced an average of 1 new product every few years. I recruited and hired a new marketing group to carry out the re-brand strategy in order to re-establish and better position the company's leadership in this industry. Results are that companies are seeking us out in order to establish relationships yielding increased sales volumes. I re-engineered the sales strategy while I recruited and hired a new technical field sales team to execute the re-branding strategy, thus promoting the company as an industry leader in airflow management. Results are improved relationships with existing partners as well as growth with respect to new partners, both of which stabilized and diversified the revenue stream. We are in process to add at least eight major partners in 2012, including building OEM relationships.
