Daily Duties at Pioneer Surgical Technologies:
- I managed 13 employees in a fast paced, multi-faceted department in which there was no margin for error. I was responsible for hiring, cross training, and evaluating employees. - I was responsible for production planning and resource management on a daily basis. This involved organizing, coordinating, troubleshooting, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure. - I was responsible for the accuracy and traceability of a large inventory area. - I have assembled intricate spine and orthopedic implants. - Quality assurance and corrective actions, including root cause analysis, were part of my job. - I operated and trained others to operate all of the machinery used in sterile and non-sterile packaging as well as label printing. I ensured that all machinery was well maintained and functioning properly. - I was a member of the Safety Committee for two years.
