Daily Duties at Ingersoll Rand:
I was asked to be the Labor Relations Manager because the next year was a contract year and Company-Union relations were not good. I was recognized as an effective communicator, having trained most of the 300 Union members in 1998. I was responsible for creating positive employee relations, while ensuring contract compliance by the Company and the Union.
