- Supervised, trained, on-boarded and evaluated a team of 11 employees responsible for staffing and recruitment for all personnel (full-time, part-time, administrators, teachers, support personnel, substitutes, interns and volunteers) and Alternative Resource programs (Work Study, AmeriCorps Vistas, AARP) - Served as the applicant management software on-site administrator; led project team to research, select and implement a new applicant management system - Developed a defensible and transparent position classification and compensation system to provide clear career pathways for current and prospective employees - Served on the WCSD team for bargaining and contract negotiations with employee groups - Created a structured university internship and field experience programs to develop a strong talent pipeline - Developed print and media marketing materials to assist in talent acquisition
