Daily Duties at Citi :
Created and led the project management office for the Information Service Group to manage both operational and system automated workstreams to support the implementation of the bank’s regulatory requirements for Basel II, II.5 and III, CCAR regulatory requirements and credit principles. Setup new risk management policies and procedure and data quality practices to limit PD, EAD & LGD RWA (risk-weighted asset) exposures. The Information Services Groups risk project portfolio including resource staffing, budget proposals, systems integration, data remediation, C-level communication plan, system analyses and process improvement efforts. Manage risk management book of work for build and run the bank budgets in excess of $12 million dollars.
