Planning, leading, controlling, negotiating.- Analyzing, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure the integrity of internal financial controls in conjunction with executive management and outside auditors to accommodate significant growth - Managing the accounting function - Understanding the financial effects of operating decisions, with the ability to explain and educate other Senior Managers - Dynamic systems development to monitor real time impacts on costs and profitability leading to actionable proactive solutions development - Producing financial reporting which is accurate, timely, insightful and usable
