Daily Duties at Childhelp:

• Streamlined new hire orientation from three weeks to seven days of training to maximize learning retention while integrating multiple regulatory agencies requirements for excelled compliance. • Designed and implemented annual training for 240 employees for staff development and increased productivity. • Maintained and audited training records to ensure adherence to company and regulatory compliance regarding new procedure training and re-certification activities. • Created and delivered interactive, hands-on training courses (in-person and web-based) effectively to varied audiences providing flexibility and enriching employee engagement. • Coordinated program execution and logistics with internal groups, external facilitators and subject matter experts collaboratively enhancing the training experience.
