Daily Duties at Hess:
Responsible for overseeing drilling operation in the BAKKEN located in North Dakota. Daily responsibilities included overseeing the drilling engineers and field superintendents, planning and executing 30-50 stage fracs (Plug / Perf & Sliding Sleeves) and looking for better ways to reduce cost and increase the wells deliverability utilizing “Pad Drilling” and executing simultaneous operations in a safe manner.
