• Teamed with the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Coordinator to determine education needs • Created curricula and provided education to all staff; approximately 100 staff members: RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Chaplains, Volunteer Coordinators, Social Workers, administrative assistants • Created and coordinated initial and on-going orientation program for all staff • Planned and coordinated a goal-directed annual in-service education program based on needs assessment, organization objectives, regulatory requirements • Provided individual staff counseling regarding documentation and time management
