Responsible for the day to day agency operation for 3 locations 50 staff members with a fluctuating patient census of 90 – 110 • Aggregated data for written and oral business detail reports to Regional Director and Board of Directors monthly • Instrumental in increasing revenue by 82%; profit increased from -12% to 14% • Monitored agency for compliance with Board mission and directives and Conditions of Participation • Handled information exchange for regulatory surveys, wrote and managed state action plans • Teamed with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Coordinator to review documentation to ensure compliance with organizational, local, state, federal and accreditation guidelines creating education programs for all staff as required • Served as Ethics Committee Chair
