Daily Duties at Service Master Aaa Restortion:

Director of Operations (promoted from Office Coordinator) Promoted from Office Coordinator to manage daily operations including Marketing, Sales, Inventory Control, Customer Service/Support, Branding, Purchasing and Accounts Receivable while meeting company’s four primary corporation objectives in Cycle Times, Customer Satisfaction Scores, Initial Upload Times and Final Upload times. Train and develop both office and field staff, lead daily/weekly staff meetings with production/operations staff, manage company liability, protect company financially and direct Water, Fire, Sales, Mold, Construction, Accounting and Cleaning divisions. Service wide range of residential and commercial buildings throughout Orange, L.A., Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Lead Human Resources functions including workforce management, time cards, commissions, bonuses, payroll, vacations, benefits, insurance and 401K. Manage interviewing/hiring, direct orientations, engage in corrective actions and/or terminations and oversee Workers’ Compensation. Accountable for ensuring that franchise meets strict company expectations and adheres to insurance program procedures/guidelines. Estimate allocation, sales analysis, job tracking, bonus and commission reports. Continually review, update and implement new procedures in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment, while remaining flexible in terms of manpower/scheduling needs, arming staff with all changes and appropriate training required to meet both corporate and customer needs.
