Manage interviewing/hiring, direct orientations, engage in corrective actions and/or terminations and oversee Workers’ Compensation. Accountable for ensuring that franchise meets strict company expectations and adheres to insurance program procedures/guidelines. Estimate allocation, sales analysis, job tracking, bonus and commission reports. Continually review, update and implement new procedures in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment, while remaining flexible in terms of manpower/scheduling needs, arming staff with all changes and appropriate training required to meet both corporate and customer needs.
