Daily Duties at The La Salle Group Autumn Leaves:
Plan, develop, execute Life Engagement programs implemented at thirty four Autumn Leaves assisted living facilities across four states. Collaborate and work closely with managers to implement new programs for Life Engagement, Heathcare, Culinary, Maintenance, and Housekeeping to comply with varying state regulations. Performed site visits at each facility and build positive relationships with company Managers. Managed a $40M budget.
