I served as a pharmacist in various duties, Learned and mastered a new computer system, became fully competent to work unassisted and follow protocol verifying typed prescriptions, I had to PV(verify) a certain number per hour quickly without error. On phone time, I served as liason between nurses, physicians, patients, and fellow call center employee's to refill, discontinue, watch for therapeutic duplications and check for DUR interactions. I also identified pills, per patient examination and set up orders and special deliveries for patients. I multitask ed at this position, between verifying, jumping in to answer calls, and also helped with escalated calls
