Daily Duties at Mtf:

Strong background in managing Microbiology & Analytical Laboratories, implementing cGLP & cGMP all under auspices of FDA, 21CFR 1270, 1271, BSI:ISO 9001:2000,ISO 13485:2000, EU 93/42, TGA(Australian) and USP Guidelines & Methodologies • Leadership, development of team for 35+, 1-on-1 & routine staff meetings: performance reviews quarterly: 12 Step Coaching Process utilizing positive reinforcement practices, Accountability Chart, Descriptive coaching techniques, Talent Grids • Management of 4 million(+) budget & inventory control as well as monthly/yearly budgetary response reports • SME for external audits (contract laboratories) for both annual and ‘For-Cause’ • Responsible representative for FDA, ISO and TGA Audits and responses • Validation/User Requirement/Admin Training of system development of Nautilus/LIMS database within 21CFR Part 11 Compliance requirements • Cost Analysis calculations for test methods and potential methods as cost avoidances • Maintaining contract and calibration of Instrumentation: CAP Certification, LAL-BET, BMP-2, with Biotek Microplate Readers, Residual Moisture, Microbial Identification with MicroSeq 3130XL Genetic Analyzers with PCR Amplification, ELISA-BMP Methodology, Cell Viability Assay, AP-Cell Culture, Automated Titration-Mettler, Densitometer, Millipore Systems • NCR-CAPA Databases; Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
