Provided outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Accurately completed required forms for internal processing. Pulled mortgage files daily and maintained closing transmittals for loans that were cleared to close. Scheduled residential loans to close by verifying homeowners insurance and employment verifications. Provided back up for residential loan scheduler when needed. Ordered title searches to makes sure there were no liens on the property. Verified flood determinations and flood zones if insurance was needed made sure coverage was adequate and in compliance with bank regulations.
