Provided outstanding customer service to Customer Relationship Managers who dealt directly with customer’s to collect the documents needed to process a loan modification. Provided a fast, fair and final decision for the home loan modifications. Used multiple banking systems and made sure to be in compliance with bank regulation when new loans were assigned. Accurately completed the modification database calculator and ran NPV to provide the customer with new loan modification figures. Pulled credit reports, flood certificates, appraisals and broker price options reports Used FedEx to mail customer’s loan modification packages, and monitored their loan to make sure payments were made and documents were returned in a timely manner. Reviewed loan documents accuracy and complied all necessary documents that needed to be submitted into underwriting for income verification. Maintained 100% compliance score on Reg AB when new loans were assigned. Monitored loans for timely trial payments and returned back to regular line of business. Set up tasks for CRM’s for missing or incomplete documents.
