Led multiple teams performing systems engineering functions for the National Reconnaissance (NRO)Office Systems Engineering Directorate, Office of the Chief Architect. Responsible for analyzing, planning and budgeting NRO architecture and operational enhancements, recommending courses-of-action to government seniors. Developed customer system requirements utilizing a variety of methods including mission utility analysis of future enhancements, future spacecraft concepts, mission feasibility studies, and architecture evolutions. Led small teams focusing on solving “hard target” collection challenges to meet today’s fast-paced, evolving environment.
