Daily Duties at Ust Global:
Recruited and hired by the Chief of Staff to build Big Data, Analytics, Enterprise Search, SAP HANA, and Social Media practice within the company (transitioning from a staff augmentation to a consulting company). Lead team of direct reports in facilitating a newly created training program for 25 women in the Chicago program. Developed the Los Angeles market, interacting with city/state agencies and corporate clients.
