Oversaw more than 2000 cases including litigation strategy for each case. I was responsible for managing contract personnel and supervising paralegal staff. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new paralegal staff. I created and maintained matrix for handling large volume cases and format for reporting to client/carriers. I had regular and constant direct client contact, I participated in weekly teleconference calls with client and carriers. Engaged in all phases of case and trial preparation including preparing witness examinations.
