Manage high value cases. Prepare litigation strategies for each case; developing a discovery plan and litigation theme from the onset of the case. Prepare and respond to discovery, conduct depositions, and law/motion work, conduct settlement negotiations, attend law and motion hearings, mediation, settlement conferences and have regular direct client contact including preparation of detailed case reports and verdict analyses.
