Responsible for Overall Direction (Including Scope, Schedule and Cost) of Engineering Projects to Develop Components, Subsystems and Combat Vehicles that are Produced and Supported by GDLS. Provide Technical Leadership for System Definition, Project Development, Proposal Preparation, Project Planning, Organization, Resource Allocation, Systems Engineering, Design Integration and Project Control to Meet all Engineering Project Requirements and Business Objectives. Provide Engineering Support to Focused Product Centers Within the Whole Systems Architecture.
