Daily Duties at Communication Technologies, Inc. (Com Tek):

• Federal Business Developer for existing and new programs • Teaming Manager and Sr. Research Analyst for federal programs valued at $5.7M - $233M • Draft and submitted major Telecommunications and Managed Services proposals to US Army TRADOC located at Fort Monroe, VA • Instrumental in coordinating technology transfer research (Internet Protocol Television - IPTV) for DOD; Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) – Deputy Under Secretary for Communications (AFRTS-AFN) and Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness • Coordinated and developed an IPTV platform that was presented to the D-USD for Military Community and Family Policy, in particular MilitaryHOMEFRONT and MilitaryOnesource • Developed, branded and integrated Interactive Broadband Television (IBTV™) for the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Classroom XXI supporting Warfighter XXI • Coordinated, developed and branded an IBTV platform for the US Navy Exchange Command (NEXconnect) that integrated DSN – DirecTV, VoIP/VTC (NEXphone), and Digital Advertising (NEXads and Signage) • Instrumental in coordinating the development of a US Navy NEX-Fleet Endorsement Program with respective Carrier Strike Groups and NAVAIR for enhancing global communications • Instrumental in coordinating and developing Broadband over Power Line (BPL) technology with NEX and NAVFAC which could sell branded BPL (NEXaccess) products and services to the sailor and Navy families • Instrumental in coordinating and validating DOD, NETWARCOM, NAVFAC and FCC regulations to ensure broadband compliance with major commercial and DOD networks • Coordinated the integration of Canadian Neuro-Physiological Technology with Walter Reed Army Medical Center implementing the principals of audio-visual entrainment (AVE) to treat Posttraumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD) for service members returning and still serving in Iraq and Afghanistan
