Daily Duties at Northern Telecom:
Designing and developing new hardware products for RF Conditioning in cellular applications described the scope of this role while supporting and resolving direct internal and external customer issues. Using my creativity and critical thinking, I created an effective process and document for design deliverables. This position allowed me to work on strengthening relationships with external vendors, developing authentic and proven customer solutions and improving customer satisfaction. I also mentored and supported the development of junior personnel. In 1997, I was accredited with pioneering a patent establishing RF combiner integrating two technologies for usage in RF applications, which contributed to technological efficiency and innovation.
